Rising-Rotating Robotic Space (RR Robotic Space) is a proposal for a robotically animated building using folding mechanism, in conjunction with a design language that dynamically addresses motion.
Through a back and forth process, physical and digital simulations, and iterative modeling, RR Robotic Space, seeks possibilities for a hybrid time-based dynamic/static architectural space. This project specifically looks at the relationship between inside and outside,  aperture and envelope, and floor/wall/ceiling, as vehicles to drive the design conversation.
Dynamically going back and forth between digital and physical and different methods of "making," RR Robotic Space investigates potentials of similar ideas in different mediums as a method of refinement.
